Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect psychiatric patient care at the Crisis Stabilization Center.
- Maintain professional nursing standards and coordinate care for individuals in behavioral crisis.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care and patient/family education.
- Perform health assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
- Coordinate care with team members, residents, family, physicians, and pharmacies.
- Report observable changes in patient condition and assist with procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and provide education to new employees.
- Practical Nursing Certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- At least one year of psychiatric experience; hospital or acute care experience preferred.
- LPN or RN licensure valid in MO.
