**Healthcare Position in Crisis Stabilization Center**
Position OverviewAs a Nurse LPN/RN at the Crisis Stabilization Center, you will provide direct and indirect psychiatric patient care. This role involves maintaining professional nursing standards, coordinating care for individuals in behavioral crisis, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Additionally, you will deliver patient/family education and provide age-appropriate care to adults aged 18 and older.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and observe medication self-administration
- Manage medication-related tasks and ensure accuracy in medication records
- Offer patient education on physical health and medications
- Coordinate care among various stakeholders including staff, residents, and healthcare providers
- Monitor and record changes in individual behavior and physical condition
- Facilitate diagnostic and treatment procedures and educate new employees on protocols
- Required Education: Associates degree in nursing; Bachelors degree preferred
- Work Experience: Minimum of one year in psychiatric or acute care setting
- Licensure/Certification: Valid LPN or RN license in Missouri
