Role Overview: Nurse LPN/RN at Crisis Center Stabilization Center
As a Nurse LPN/RN at our Crisis Center Stabilization Center, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in a psychiatric capacity. Working weekend nights, your role will involve maintaining professional nursing standards, coordinating care for individuals in behavioral crisis, administering medications, and providing patient/family education.
Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care assessments and vital signs monitoring
• Administer medications and observe their self-administration
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members, residents, and families
• Report and document changes in patient conditions
• Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Provide education on health procedures to patients and new employees

Qualifications

• High School/GED required
• Practical Nursing Certificate or Associates/Bachelor's in Nursing required
• Minimum one year of psychiatric experience
• LPN or RN licensure valid in MO required
