Job DescriptionAs a Nurse LPN/RN CSC at Compass Health Network, you will play a crucial role in providing direct and indirect psychiatric patient care at our local Crisis Stabilization Center. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for individuals in behavioral crisis, ensuring they receive the necessary support. This role involves working with adults aged 18 and older, including geriatric patients, and may involve exposure to blood and body fluids.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, vital signs, and administer medications
• Provide patient education on physical health and medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, residents, families, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report changes in patient behavior and condition
• Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Participate in team meetings and provide support to new employees

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of psychiatric experience, hospital experience preferred
• LPN or RN licensure valid in MO required
