Position OverviewAs a Nurse LPN/RN at our Crisis Center Stabilization Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct and indirect patient care in a psychiatric capacity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining standards of Professional Nursing Practice, coordinating care for individuals in behavioral crisis, and providing patient/family education. This is a part-time weekend position working on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and administer treatments to individuals at the Crisis Stabilization Center
- Manage medication administration and educate patients on physical health and medications
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including staff, residents, family, and physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patients' behavior, attitude, and physical condition
- Provide support for diagnostic and treatment procedures and educate new employees
- Communicate effectively and handle high-stress situations professionally
- Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of psychiatric experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
- Valid LPN or RN license in Missouri
