Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in a psychiatric setting? If so, Compass Health is seeking a compassionate individual to provide direct and indirect patient care at Royal Oaks Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will ensure the coordination of care and services for our clients.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to various age groups, including preadolescents, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to offer patient and family education.
• Demonstrate competency in delivering age-appropriate care.
• Be prepared for tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
• Assume leadership responsibilities and exhibit effective communication skills.
• Deal with stressors and difficult situations with maturity and organizational abilities.
• Adhere to the Missouri Nurse Practice Act guidelines, including potential mandatory overtime.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license in Missouri.
