Here at Compass Health Network, we are currently seeking an Associate Psychiatry Services Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for our Psychiatry Services department. In this hybrid position, you will work closely with the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer and medical staff to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Chief Clinical Officer of Psychiatry Services
• Assist with Medical Staff meetings and general clerical duties
• Coordinate necessary processes for medical staff compliance with CMS and CARF requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for the psychiatry team regarding the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Compile and distribute productivity and prescribing practice reports
• Collaborate with Human Resources Department to facilitate paperwork processes for psychiatry trainees
• Track and communicate physician absences, meetings, and schedule changes
• Familiarize yourself with essential computer applications for job requirements
• Monitor and manage client discharges
• Occasionally drive, requiring a valid license and minimum automobile coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with a minimum of two years' experience in a medical setting
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
