Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional at our Women and Children's residential recovery center in Columbia, MO, you will play a crucial role in supervising and ensuring the well-being of our consumers. Your responsibilities will include providing group education, transportation assistance, medication management, crisis intervention, and other essential support services.
Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Valid driver's license required at the time of hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver's license within the first 60 days
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to attend a 2-day orientation (Monday-Tuesday)
• On-site training will be provided
