Job DescriptionAs a Nurse LPN/RN at our Crisis Center Stabilization Center, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting health assessments and providing daily care to individuals in crisis
- Administering medications and observing self-administration
- Coordinating care with healthcare professionals, agencies, and families
- Educating patients on physical health and medications
- Monitoring and documenting changes in patients' behavior and physical condition
- Participating in team meetings and leadership activities
- Providing patient care on weekend night shifts
- Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of psychiatric experience
- LPN or RN licensure valid in MO required
