Role Overview
As a Nurse (LPN/RN) at our Crisis Center Stabilization Center, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in a psychiatric capacity. Working weekend nights on 12-hour shifts (Saturday and Sunday), you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and services for individuals facing behavioral crises.

Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments, manage medications, and provide daily care to individuals at the Crisis Stabilization Center
- Administer medications, coordinate care with various stakeholders, and educate patients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, assist with diagnostic procedures, and offer guidance to new employees
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work with agitated patients
- High School/GED required
- Practical Nursing Certificate or Associates/Bachelor's in Nursing required
- At least one year of psychiatric experience; experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- LPN or RN license valid in MO required
