Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse to visit patients at home for our Client a Home Health Agency. High Demand for Full Time Visiting Registered Nurse. Visit area available in the Bronx & Upper Manhattan.

About the position:

The Visiting RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.

Willing to train RNs with Nursing experience.

Bilingual Spanish Skills required.

Qualifications:

• Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
• Min. of 1 year Nursing experience in Home Care, Hospital or Nursing Home.
• Knowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus but not required
• Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
• Bilingual Spanish Skills required
• Excellent Organizational Skills Required.

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Benefits and Competitive Salary up to $120,000, based on experience.
