What You'll DoAs an AR/AP Specialist, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:
- You will update and maintain records of expenditures.
- You will process payments for company credit cards.
- You will respond to vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made on time.
- You will resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
- You will post payments to customer accounts and process automated payments.
- You will analyze financial records for accuracy.
- You will provide extraordinary customer service to team members, customers, vendors, and partners.
- You will be detail-oriented with a critical eye for accuracy.
- You will be able to work under tight deadlines with flexibility.
- You will be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues.
- You will understand accounting and management reporting systems.
- You will have strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- You will be willing to work well in a team setting.
- You will bring good verbal communication.
- You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations.
