What You'll DoAs an AR/AP Specialist, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:
  • You will update and maintain records of expenditures.
  • You will process payments for company credit cards.
  • You will respond to vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made on time.
  • You will resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
  • You will post payments to customer accounts and process automated payments.
  • You will analyze financial records for accuracy.
  • You will provide extraordinary customer service to team members, customers, vendors, and partners.
