What You’ll DoThe Registered Nurse (RN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nursing tasks within the state's scope of practice. Completing timely and accurate resident assessments as required by state regulations and policy, the RN will maintain the standards in resident care and coach community team members on best care practices.
The RN will be responsible for all COC's, weekly skin notes, incident reports for memory care, TCOC's for memory care, new move in assessments, delegations.
