Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning. Additionally, the Controller will collaborate with project managers, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Treasurer/Controller
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (is a plus if familiar with Procore and/or ComputerEase)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines as a team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Construction Accounting is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,893.78 - $108,259.17 per year
