We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Contract and Per Diem (PRN) position in Indian Trail, NC. This LPN position is vital to providing high-quality patient care and support to a long-term health facility.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

- Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.

Requirements:

Current LPN License in NC
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Required
BLS Required
Covid Vaccine and Booster Required
