Dispatching :

• Schedule and send out service calls to our team of plumbers.
• Keep in touch with technicians to make sure jobs get done on time.
• Update customers on their service status.

Office Assistance :

• Answer phone calls professionally and warmly.
• Handle customer questions and solve issues quickly.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, customer info, and job details.
• Perform general office tasks and data entry.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in plumbing and office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
