As an Order Processing Agent at Compex Legal Services, you will be responsible for accurately processing legal documents and requests, ensuring that our clients receive timely and precise service. Your role will be essential to the smooth operation of our legal support services.

This position is in office, we are located at 8656 State Hwy 71 Building F, Austin, TX 78735.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processing Agent to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing an average of 35-40 stops/parts per day with an average of 75% accuracy
• Reviewing work orders have been marked for all necessary documents used and fees
• Verifying that all documentation is complete, with the correct and pertinent information
• Preparing forms per the client preferences to ensure they are specific to firm and party
• Reviewing all final request packages to confirm all documents are correct and product is presentable
• E-Filing documents accurately and efficiently with the appropriate court
• Emailing opposing parties professionally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in legal studies or administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or order processing, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
