Kure is our proprietary practice management software that has been a significant partner in making this growth possible and is nearing readiness for release to become a revenue stream unto itself.

About The JobThe executive assistant will be a supportive force who empowers the SVP. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. The SVP directly oversees Kure Technologies and indirectly oversees Kare Partners Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Admissions, as the Directors of RCM and Admissions report to the SVP. The executive assistant will work closely with these directors to help keep these teams focused so that they meet their key performance metrics for the departments and directives from the SVP. Issues that require input from the SVP will be escalated along with applicable information/data regarding the state of the issue. Otherwise, the executive assistant will facilitate issue management in concert with the department directors.
Job Responsibilities
  • First-Level management of RCM and Admissions directors – meets with directors weekly to evaluate the status of the department fulfilling their key performance metrics. Provides summary reports to SVP. Escalates issues to SVP, as applicable.
  • Second-level management of Kure – focusing on soliciting feedback from user base and translating feedback to SVP and Director of Kure Development. Functions as an expert-level Kure user to assist with resolving user issues so that issues escalated to SVP relate to core Kure functionality that requires a more involved solution. Assists with overseeing the India-based Kure user help-desk function.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for SVP, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to and from the SVP’s direct reports.
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Flexibility to work during the weekend on occasion, and to work additional hours if required.
Position RequirementsFour or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
