About the Job*
Compleat Rehab is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Supervisor! We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. They will do this by creating a fun culture of productivity, patient empathy, and managing day-to-day relationships with parents by making them feel comfortable and engaged. This position requires you to travel up to 60% to visit all our Clinics in the North Carolina Area and occasionally our Hot Springs, AR clinics.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Front Desk Patient Advocates, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Occasionally assist with marketing needs for the clinics
• Oversee all front desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling, check-in/out procedures, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
• Ensure the efficient flow of patients through the clinic, minimizing wait times and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to patient interactions, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall patient experience.
• Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalated patient complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient interactions, appointments, and billing activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to patient services and customer services.

Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in an outpatient Physical Therapy setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and insurance requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.

Travel requirements:*

• You may be required to travel to clinics in the North Carolina area at least once a month.
• You may be required to travel to our Hot Springs AR clinic at minimum twice a year.
