Duties and Responsibilities:

· Invoice Virtuoso: Master the art of invoice processing across various supplier portals, including Ariba, Jaggaer, Marketplaces, and federal billing systems like WAWF, OB10, and Fedlink.

· Payment Maestro: Apply customer payments with skilled precision.

· Billing Whisperer: Tackle billing inquiries with finesse.

· Customer Relationship Builder: Develop meaningful relationships with our valued customers.

· Detective of Dollars: Investigate and resolve billing concerns, including collecting past due payments.

· Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments to address customer needs.

Skills Required:
