Homecare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Hiring Now in North Druid Hills area
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Position Overview
As a home care LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include creating care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patients' conditions, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You'll also educate patients and their families on their conditions and provide emotional support. Your goal will be to provide compassionate care promoting patients' health and well-being.
Schedule: Full Time and Part Time positions available | Mon-Sunday 7p-7a (12 hr. shift)
Position Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of LPN experience, Home care experience is preferred
• G-Tube
• TracheotomyTube
• Ventilator
