Responsibilities Unit Clerk :
- Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate .
- Answer phones / schedule a ppointments.
- F ollowing security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
- Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission / discharge documents
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
