Now Hiring: Maintenance Director
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for the facility.
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the facility is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure resident safety and comfort.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Director or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
