Job Title: Enrollment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact past patients who have not visited the clinic in over a year to schedule appointments and re-engage them with our services.

- Reach out to new patients assigned from MedPoint to welcome them and set up their initial appointments.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions and appointments.

- Provide information and answer questions about clinic services, programs, and healthcare options.

- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate smooth patient enrollment and follow-up.

- Identify and address any barriers to care that patients may face, offering appropriate resources and referrals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient enrollment or customer service, is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including electronic health records (EHR).

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
