Marketing Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the inquiry, tours, and facilitate the admission process including completing required paperwork.
Responsible for internal and external marketing.
Act as a liaison between the facility and community referrals.
Maintain professional relationship between social workers, discharge planners and referral sources.
Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
Gather needed information for resident files.
Assist with daily census reports and keep monthly records of census, matching up numbers with Business Office, to ensure accuracy at the end of each month.
Provide creative support for activity and social services departments in developing programs, publications, etc., as necessary.
Weekend Requirement to attend events (Occasional)
High School diploma or equivalent
BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences desirable
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing for a long-term care setting
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in interacting with the elderly population, their families, and being familiar with the multiple life-stages of the elderly.
