Qualifications: MDS Coordinator

• Registered Nurse (RN) a valid New Jersey state license.
• In-depth knowledge of MDS processes, RAI, and CMS regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
• NJ Active RN license
