NOW HIRING: RN MDS: Full Time

RN MDS Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough resident assessments using the Minimum Data Set (MDS) tool.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to gather information for accurate assessment.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to MDS and resident assessments.
• Develop and update care plans based on MDS assessments and resident needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate MDS completion.
• Stay current with changes in regulations and update staff as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to resident care.

RN MDS Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• RN certification in NJ
• RN MDS experience is necessary
• Leadership experience
• Communication Skills
• Serious applicants
