  • Administering treatments and documentation
  • Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
  • Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
  • Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
  • Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
  • Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:
  • Must have an active RN license in the state of PA
  • RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
