Position: Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Location: Brookfield, WI

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM (required)
• Potential additional hours: Tuesday and Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), based on your preference

Pay: $42 - $48 per hour (based on experience and licenses held)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions
• Work closely with the dentist to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software
• Take digital pan x-rays (no CT required)
• Provide laser and anesthesia treatments (if licensed; training available if not)

Ideal Candidate:

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing a full schedule, as cancellations are rare
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient education
• Strong work ethic and a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Collaborative team player, willing to assist other team members
• Comfortable seeking assistance when needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license
• Experience with Eaglesoft software preferred
• Laser and Anesthesia license is a plus, but not required (training can be provided)
• No benefits for part-time employees, but complimentary dental cleanings are offered

Practice Details:

• Sole provider practice, not affiliated with any Dental Service Organization (DSO)
• Modern facilities with digital pan x-rays, no CT
