We are looking for candidates for all three shifts to work in factories throughout Walworth County. Pay ranges start at $16/hour for entry level, up to $21.77 for the more physical experienced operators.

Clients include plastic injection mold operations, medical devices wire springs manufacturers (extremely clean and bright environment), rubber extrusion and Swiss screw parts manufacturers.

In these positions you may be asked to:

• Observe machine operation and verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges.
• Operate simple and complex lathes, grinders, plastic injection molds, punch and drill presses.
• In addition, you may have to inspect wash, trim, deburr, weigh, label, bag and box parts.
• You will occasionally have to lift 25 – 50 pounds (depending on the position)
• Stand for extended periods of time (8 – 12-hour shifts)
• Read and understand written instructions and sometimes blueprints.
• Use precision measuring instruments and do basic math.

The majority are Monday – Friday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, but we even have a 24/7 shift with hours 6 am – 6 pm and 6 pm – 6 am, 3 days on/4 off/4 on/3 off (work every other weekend)
