We have partnered with a long standing Commercial and Residential Property Management company in the Bronx who is looking for an experience Manager who can oversee multiple sites. The company oversees roughly 350 properties throughout the region and you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company
Major responsibilities:
- Oversee roughly 15 buildings in the Bronx and need to have experience with Section 8/Tax Credit units
- Help with Leasing
- We have a compliance department -- no recertification work
- Occupancy is good, no/little delinquencies, no major maintenance issues.
- We use BJ Murray as their software (also office products).
- Salary $80-90K
At least 3 years experience as a Residential Property Manager, preferably overseeing multiple sites.
