Pediatric and family medicine clinic looking for temp to hire medical assistant, 3 days per week (part time).
Schedule: Monday thru Friday with a rotating Saturday, full-time.
MUST have a medical assistant diploma or certification.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- eClinicalWorks experience a plus
