Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Location: Washington, DC and Seat Pleasant, MD
- Must be able to work in both locations
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of medical front/medical administrative experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- EMR experience
- Experience working with E-Clinical Works a plus
- Medical assistant certification is a plus
- Strong technical computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience answering calls and scheduling appointments
- Experience checking patients in/out and scheduling follow up appointments
- Experience completing insurance verifications
- Experience collecting payments
