Families, hospitals, physicians and communities choose Complete, because we are __*Neighbors Caring for Neighbors*__._ *Essential Functions* The *Scheduling Specialist* is responsible for managing referrals and visit schedules. Assigns patient assessments and other visits as ordered by the physician using online scheduling system. Collaborates with the Team Leaders to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs. Duties included but not limited to: · Accurately encodes schedule/revisions to schedule into computer. Prints/emails copies of daily itineraries and distributes to agency staff. · Makes changes/updates schedules and codes on computer when orders received from Care Coordinator/Nurse managers. · Determines assignments for home health aides based on locations and frequencies established by the primary nurse. · Assists in determining field nurse assignments for uncovered visits. Verifies accuracy of schedule and deletes unverified visits. · Assist managers in setting up and preparing for case conferences, by printing appropriate documents · Attends agency staff, case management and nurse manager meetings.
