COMPLEX COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Hiring a Collections Manager Near Odessa, TX

This position will require work onsite at our Odessa, TX headquarters.
We're looking for an extraordinary person with a passion to provide outstanding service and financial solutions to our members. If you enjoy working in the service industry, offering problem-solving solutions while building relationships that create long-lasting connections, this may be the job for you!
What You Bring to The Team:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and training a team.
  • Thorough working knowledge of bankruptcy documents pertaining to filing claims and supporting credit union's secured and unsecured position.
  • A positive attitude to inspire and motivate, create team synergy, and professional interaction and support.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening skills and proficiency in using common office applications and office equipment.
  • Passion for providing outstanding service and offering problem-solving solutions.
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and organize work tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.
  • Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
Your day-to-day
As an experienced leader and coach, you will be an excellent active listener, outstanding communicator, and master problem solver. Your skills and responsibilities will include negotiating settlements, recommending additional collection steps, and working toward mutual goals for the member and Velocity. Additionally, you will support a positive and productive work environment by advancing management's directives and consistently demonstrating a positive example for others
