COMPONENT FABRICATORS, INC. DBA LEGEND FITNESS is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Knoxville, TN

The National Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance and all key functions of the Sales Department, to ensure that company sales targets and long-term objectives are achieved. Direct and oversee the Company’s Sales Team, sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales team and sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Will engage directly with all 3rd party product and service providers, to ensure access to all products required to support corporate sales objectives. Will engage directly with Customers to resolve any customer issues and ensure customer ongoing satisfaction. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of the Team. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, organizes and directs the sales functions and activities of the company to ensure all targets & objectives are achieved.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, in accordance with company objectives.

• Must have a strong Customer Service mindset, and take the lead in dealing with customer related questions, concerns 

• Will work directly with all 3rd party product suppliers to ensure strong partnerships and ongoing positive business relationships.

• Will seek out potential supply partners for products and services in support of company sales and product objectives.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence across multiple markets.

• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors across all markets.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Directly manage all Sales Reps and Territory Managers to ensure all individual targets and company sales objectives are achieved.

• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

• Hire and train new Sales Reps in accordance to budgets and company requirements.

• Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in company goals, market conditions and overall department performance.

• Develop, manage and maintain all Dealer and Distributor partners across all territories and markets.

• Actively research and onboard suitable Dealers / Distributors in key markets.

• Oversee and work with the Marketing Department to ensure all marketing activities support sales strategies and initiatives.

• Develops or revises standard operational and work procedures to ensure personnel are trained and in compliance with all operational standards.

• Works directly with other Senior Mangers to ensure that all production, logistics and sales objectives are continuously being met.

• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports directly to the Company President.

The National Sales Manager reports directly to the Company President.

Qualification Requirements:

· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Management or Engineering, or a related field.

· Successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

· Minimum 5 years frontline outside sales experience, or at least 2 years sales management experience (verifiable) in a high paced, nationwide sales environment.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

· High degree of customer service acumen and the ability to deal with customers and supply partners on a daily basis.

· High level communication and problem solving abilities.

· Strong business sense and industry expertise.

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
