Provide management, configuration, administration, implementation, and optimization of all network infrastructure throughout the enterprise network. Manage technologies and processes to maximize and improve the performance of network infrastructure resources throughout the organization. Configure network devices in conjunction with DISA STIG, DoD policies, and Vendor best practices.
Skills:
- Provide support, monitor, and take corrective action for the network systems.
- Provision network infrastructure to support communication requirements.
- Design, plan and implement sound network infrastructure strategies.
- Support network systems planning, data management, and disaster recovery planning best practices and testing.
- Installation, configuration, and integration of filers with the Windows and Linux environments.
- Provide backup, recovery and archiving of all network systems hardware.
- Perform and enable controls to ensure the virtual infrastructure security posture is in compliance with DISA STIGs and DoD regulations.
- Provide systems, performance monitoring and traffic monitoring via weekly reports.
- Document incidents using the ticket tracking system.
- Maintain existing and when required create new infrastructure documentation.
- Provide support, analysis, and incident resolution.
- Due to the 24/7 availability requirements emergent response outside of normal working hours may be required.
Education: Associate's Degree
Certifications: Cloud or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP
Experience: 10 Years
Clearance: US Citizen with Active Secret
