Comprehensive Advisor is Hiring an Event Coordinator Near Carlsbad, CA

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member ready to engage prospects with their welcoming and friendly personality.

This role will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and the ability to build upon relationships over the phone. The right individual will overcome objections/resistance statements in a professional, polite manner – never making the prospect feel uncomfortable at any time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Sales:

  • Operate with a proactive approach to all seminars, webinars, radio ads, TV ads, and digital leads.

  • Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with calling/scheduling prospects and their consistent follow-up a top priority.

  • Respond to prospect and client inquiries preferably same day, or within 24 hours at most.

  • Keep prospects engaged with our brand by using verbal and written communications (calls, letters, emails, etc.).

Data Management:

  • Track weekly and monthly progress, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Advisor.

  • Accurate entry of data and notes into CRM system.

  • Coordinate with the Director of First Impressions to successfully calendar calls, in-office or Zoom visits with prospects that have shown interest in our services.

Exercise good judgment:

  • Problem solve and make a professional judgment on whether prospects qualify for our services.

  • Work with team members to establish and meet marketing goals.

  • Assist Director of First Impressions & Marketing as needed.

Event Execution:

  • Plan and prep for scheduled events accordingly.

  • Attend seminars, client events, etc. with the goal of scheduling prospects and ensuring clients are welcomed and valued.

  • Interact with all guests, venue staff, and our team in a professional and respectful manner.

  • Assist with equipment transport, event set-up and tear down.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or 1 – 2 years related experience and in a fast-paced environment where change is constant; financial Industry experience preferred, but not required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where strict standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; process driven with strong follow-through.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Redtail CRM, Keap, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Word Processing software.
