Position Summary

Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is seeking a motivated, flexible, and creative Digital Marketing Manager. In this role you will analyze trends, think strategically and adapt, influence and guide activities to meet goals in an evolving landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key players to identify digital communications opportunities and provide critical messaging to stakeholder groups in the organization, including field and corporate employees of all levels.
  • Develop strategic plans and create content for the company’s digital communications channels, including SharePoint intranet and social media
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from development to execution and performance analysis.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving market needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate campaign performance to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supports the Marketing Team in other duties, as assigned.
  • Manage vendors.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with proven success in managing and executing multi-channel campaigns (across social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing).
  • Extensive experience in implementing data-driven decision-making processes for marketing campaigns.
  • 1 year of multi-brand experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in website content management and design collaboration.
  • Experience in content creation and management for diverse marketing channels (e.g., digital, print, video).
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media scheduling, and email platforms) to optimize campaigns and track performance.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva software applications preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
