Comprehensive Eyecare Partners is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Henderson, NV

FULL TIMETALENT MANAGER (on-site preferred)
Multi-state medical practice The Talent Manager delivers full life-cycle recruitment for open positions through sourcing, screening, and preparing applicants for interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final onboarding process. This position manages a PROCESS, not a team. This position works closely with hiring managers to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained, open positions are filled timely, and recruitment plans are developed for difficult-to-fill jobs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Regularly reviews staffing levels and modifies existing recruitment methods to fill vacant positions.
  • Creates and manages job postings and advertisements through creative marketing techniques, leveraging key job boards, social media platforms, and employee referral programs.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to develop specific recruiting plans for unique needs and/or hard-to-fill positions. Demonstrates ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Conduct interviews and extend job offers; work closely with the onboarding team to ensure hiring success.
  • Assist with the applicant flow and hiring process including the processing, updating, and management of the applicant tracking system and new hire documents.
  • Meets appropriate staffing levels for all CompEye practices by screening internal and external applications and assessing applicants’ qualifications.
  • Reviews and analyzes metrics and data specific to the recruitment function and activities; provides recommendations based on findings to the HR Business Partners as needed. Reports monthly to the HR Business Partner on key performance indicators as assigned.

  • Ability to assess data and make recommendations based on hiring trends.
  • Ability to work across multiple levels within the organization to support and train.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to sites via plane and/or car
