Role Summary: We are actively looking for caring Personal Care Assistants to become part of our team in Nevada and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Joining Comprehensive Home Health Solutions means playing a vital role in fostering independence and enhancing the overall wellness of individuals in the familiar setting of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare healthy meals and help with feeding
Maintain a tidy and safe living environment by performing light household chores
Offer companionship and emotional comfort through activities
Provide individualized care according to clients' unique care plans
Assist in improving physical health through mobility support, transfers, and exercises
Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as necessary
Record care activities and promptly communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor
Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each client
Requirements and Skills:
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if required for client transportation)
