Job Description:
Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Outreach Coordinator with experience in health care including home healh, home care or hospice to join our team. This position is crucial in promoting our home care services to skilled nursing facilities, senior living facilities, hospice, and the broader community. The successful candidate will have a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, driving client acquisition, and providing valuable support in client intakes and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Outreach
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Comprehensive Home Health Solutions services to skilled nursing facilities, senior living facilities, hospice, and the wider community.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to generate referral partnerships.
  • Organize and attend events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and establish a strong presence in the community.
• Client Acquisition
  • Actively seek new clients through outreach efforts and partnerships.
    Conduct client intakes and assessments to understand their needs and match them with appropriate home care services.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client documentation, scheduling, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
• Communication
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Comprehensive Home Health Solutions services to potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and client acquisition progress.
