Comprehensive Mobile Care, one of the leading nationwide supporters of dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry providers catering to U.S. seniors, has an opportunity for a Full-Time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter.

We are located in North Phoenix at 101 and 7th Street. The position is an in-office position in our new building. It is a warm and friendly place to work in a mission-driven team environment.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus commission and excellent benefits

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Sales experience or prior recruiter experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organization skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following (see below):

• All duties performed are within the office setting, and no visits are needed to potential applicants
• Contact applicants in a timely manner and communicate via phone and email regarding position opportunities (No cold calls)
• Follow-up with existing applicants to move through the contracting process
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to create effective strategies for recruitment
• Update recruitment process tracking spreadsheet with progress
• Complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Various additional tasks as assigned
