Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of New York.
• 10 to 15 hrs/ week
