Job Title: Data Engineer- MicroStrategy
Work Location: Dallas TX
Position Summary
As a Data Engineer for Analytics and Behavioral Change team,
You will:
Develop dashboards working in partnership with Business leaders , Data Science and Data Engineers.
Leverage standardized tools, methodologies, and infrastructure to make analytics faster, more insightful, and more efficient
Assess and provide recommendations on business requirements, with appropriate timing and deployment
Build analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience Microstrategy , Tableau, Teradata, SQL and Python
Experience with Microstrategy Documents and Dossiers
Experience performing data analysis and data exploration
Experience with RDBMS Databases and hands-on query optimization
Experience building automated Microstrategy &Tableau dashboards
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Experience working in multi-developer environment, using version control
Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with solution design, implementation, and deployment
Experience with cross-functional collaboration to align on priorities and achieve deliverable outcomes
Experience with setting coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developer
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GCP
Experience with Snowflake/BigQuery, Google Dataproc/Databricks
Healthcare experience and domain knowledge
