Job Details

Position: HRIS Analyst
Location: Remote/Onsite (Specify as needed)
Duration: 1 Year

Purpose:

This role is to support a project focused on changing the HCM system. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with the Senior HRIS Analyst to support daily activities, including troubleshooting, administration, configuration coordination, mass imports, reporting, and testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP GlobalView Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support & Troubleshoot: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP GlobalView Payroll systems.
  • Administration: Perform system administration tasks, including user management, configuration, and updates.
  • Configuration Coordination: Coordinate system configuration changes and updates in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
  • Mass Imports: Manage and execute mass data imports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting: Develop, generate, and maintain various reports to support HR and payroll processes.
  • Testing: Conduct system testing to ensure new configurations and updates function correctly.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units to facilitate the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Systems Evaluation: Evaluate new applications, identify system requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives or enhancements.
  • Business Requirements: Assess evolving business requirements and recommend systems enhancements to meet these needs.
  • Communication & Presentations: Prepare communications and deliver presentations on system enhancements and alternatives to stakeholders.
  • Project Collaboration: Work under the direction of a project manager to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS or related roles.
  • Systems Expertise: Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP GlobalView Payroll.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and data management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present information clearly.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as a liaison between IT and business units.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate new applications and evolving business requirements.
  • Project Management: Experience working under the direction of a project manager to achieve project objectives.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
  • HRIS Certifications: Certifications in HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or ADP GlobalView.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience in preparing technical documentation and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.
