We’re looking for a Global Compensation & HRIS Lead who is passionate about compensation, HR data and analytics, and solving HR business process challenges with the user experience in mind, to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will drive and support our global compensation strategy, programs and initiatives and lead the effort to build innovative and creative HR technology solutions and analytics as the primary technical HRIS resource, supporting other critical HR projects and initiatives as needed. Primary responsibilities include:
  • Provide strategic research, analytical support of companywide compensation programs including, internal and external analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Design compensation programs. Responsible for implementation, administration, and documentation of newly created and modified compensation programs. Develop and revise standard practice and procedures. Monitor activities to ensure consistency and conformance to company standards and procedures.
  • Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations and make recommendations for existing, new or changing jobs. Review submitted job descriptions for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with HR Business Partners to provide advice and feedback on job description.
  • Provide compensation consultation and education to all levels within organization. Resolve issues on titling, leveling and pay based on a consistent methodology and structure; maintains pay structures.
  • Keep current on trends and market practices. Conduct internal and external review of compensation structure to identify recommend changes to compensation philosophy.
  • Create job profiles and other compensation elements in Workday.
  • Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to inform business decisions, working with other members of the HR Operations team to improve data accuracy within the HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure that all data is stored and shared in a safe way, adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations. Optimize and elevate quality, efficiency, performance and scalability of HR processes that reflect our culture, aligns with our desired employee experience, while being compliant, efficient, and scalable.
  • Effectively translate business problems and needs into business requirements, process flows, and measurable solutions that may require creative solutions for gaps between requirements and system capabilities which may include process changes
  • Use data to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes within the HR function e.g. benchmarking, training needs analysis, employee engagement etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent years of experience
  • 5-8 years supporting HRIS and compensation programs and processes
  • Knowledge of US, Canada, Mexico, India compensation and employment compliance standards
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels of business operations
  • A strong cross-functional leader with ability to partner across many levels and teams in the organization and consistently meet aggressive project timelines
  • A team player who demonstrates an understanding of the need to share and work with others to achieve common goals.
  • Competent stakeholder management, with the ability to understand the nature of a request and provide suitable responses to an individual’s needs.
  • Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills
  • Knowledge of process analysis and continuous improvement tools (and mind set)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/PowerApps)
  • Experience with HR Systems and reporting tools (Workday, Oracle preferred)
