Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through phone and email interactions. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
