DescriptionJob Responsibilities are as follows:Scale Clerk is a clerical position involved in the daily tasks of the office (weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answer phone and filing).
This position will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude.
Job ResponsibilitiesWeigh trucks Data entry Answer phone File and retain documents. Maintain clean and neat workspace
Job RequirementsCommitment to Client's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
High school education or equivalent Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes
Willing to work overtime and weekends Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting
Always exhibit a professional image; maintain a positive and respectful attitude Computer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred
Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.
Education: High School
