Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating records inventory daily in/out bound book.

• Weekly/Monthly inventory reconciliation with headquarter inventory team.

• Monthly physical inventory count and find the discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

• Developing inventory management procedures with warehouse team.

• Compiling balance, price, and cost reports.

• Implement a loss prevention.

• Report any stock issues to accounting management and place product orders, as necessary.

• Other tasks assigned by his or her supervisor.

Qualifications:

• 2 year experience in inventory control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.

• Able to travel to other warehouses for month end count propose.

• Familiar with WMS system.

• Good communication skills

• Fast Learner

• Strong interpersonal skills, professional manner, and ability to work in a team environment.
